- Shipping times: Local orders take 1-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2 business days. International orders May takes 6-8 week to be delivered via USPS or UPS.

- Shipping cost: Domestic and Global shipping is charged according to your location
Store Pick up Policy:
- Bring your Valid Photo ID, and order number to the store and pick up your items
- We'll hold your items at the store for 5 days; if you don't make it in by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment

USPS First-Class Package Service + Signature on Delivery: $10.00
USPS Priority Mail Service: $12.00
USPS Priority Mail Service + Signature on Delivery: $15.00
Exclusive mart usa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We highly recommend adding "Signature on Delivery" at checkout during shipping speed selection to prevent package theft, as this will require an individual at the shipping address to sign for the package before it is delivered. Otherwise, the carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address.
